باختصار: نجمع ما يحتاجه التطبيق ليعمل فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نتتبّع موقعك. لا يطّلع على بياناتك إلا أهل منزلك، ويمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- تسجيل الدخول: يسجّل صاحب المنزل دخوله عبر آبل أو قوقل، فنتلقّى معرّف الحساب والبريد الإلكتروني، والاسم إن سمحت بذلك. أما أفراد الأسرة والعمالة فيدخلون برمز دعوة، دون بريد إلكتروني أو رقم جوال.
- ما يُدخله المستخدمون: الأسماء، وبيانات العامل التي يُدخلها صاحب المنزل (الوظيفة والجنسية واللغة والراتب وتاريخ بدء الخدمة وتاريخ انتهاء الإقامة والجواز)، والمهام، والرسائل النصية والصوتية، والصور، وقوائم المشتريات، والرواتب والسلف وتأكيد استلامها، والإجازات، وأوقات الاستراحة، وتاريخ انتهاء الخدمة.
- الإشعارات: معرّف الجهاز اللازم لإرسال تنبيهات المهام والرسائل.
لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا أي بيانات مصرفية. التطبيق يسجّل ويوثّق، ولا يحوّل أموالاً.
من يطّلع على بياناتك
- أهل منزلك فقط، بحسب الصلاحيات: يطّلع صاحب المنزل على كل شيء، ويطّلع فرد الأسرة على المهام والمحادثات (وعلى الحسابات إن منحه صاحب المنزل هذه الصلاحية)، ويطّلع العامل على مهامه ومحادثاته وراتبه.
- المحادثات الخاصة لا يراها إلا طرفاها، والإعلانات لجميع أهل المنزل.
- لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض الإعلان أو التسويق.
مكان حفظ البيانات
تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم Supabase في أوروبا، وتُشفَّر أثناء النقل. وتمرّ الإشعارات عبر خدمة Firebase من قوقل وخدمة الإشعارات من آبل. ويُحفظ جزء من البيانات على جهازك ليعمل التطبيق دون اتصال بالإنترنت.
حذف الحساب
- من الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي»، فيُحذف حسابك وصلاحية دخولك فوراً.
- تبقى السجلات المشتركة مع الطرف الآخر (مثل الرواتب التي أكّد العامل استلامها) لديه دليلاً له، إلى أن يحذف حسابه هو أيضاً.
- عندما يحذف آخر شخص في المنزل حسابه، يُحذف المنزل كله نهائياً بما فيه من صور ورسائل صوتية.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للبالغين، ويضيف صاحب المنزل حسابات أفراد أسرته ويتولّى مسؤوليتها.
حقوقك
يحق لك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، من داخل التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا. ونلتزم بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

In short: we collect only what the app needs to work. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track your location. Only your household can see your data, and you can delete your account inside the app at any time.
What we collect
- Sign-in: the household owner signs in with Apple or Google; we receive an account identifier, email, and (if you allow it) your name. Family members and workers join with an invite code, without email or phone number.
- What you enter: names; worker details entered by the owner (job, nationality, language, salary, service start date, residency and passport expiry dates); tasks; messages, voice messages and photos; shopping lists; salaries, advances and receipt confirmations; leave; breaks; and the end-of-service date.
- Notifications: a device token so we can send task and message alerts.
We do not collect location, contacts, or banking details. Bayti records and documents; it does not transfer money.
Who can see your data
- Only your household, by role: the owner sees everything; family members see tasks and chats (and salaries only if the owner allows); a worker sees their own tasks, chats and salary.
- Private chats are visible only to their two sides; announcements to the whole household.
- We never sell or share your data for advertising or marketing.
Where it is stored
Data is encrypted in transit and stored on Supabase servers in Europe. Notifications go through Google Firebase and the Apple Push Notification service. Part of it is kept on your phone so the app works offline.
Deleting your account
- Settings → “Delete my account”. Your account and access are deleted immediately.
- Shared records (for example, salaries a worker confirmed) stay with the other side as their proof, until they delete their own account.
- When the last person in a household deletes their account, the whole household is permanently deleted, including photos and voice messages.
Children
Bayti is intended for adults. Family member accounts are added and managed by the household owner.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, inside the app or by contacting us. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
